OneDegree2024 動物機構合作活動之條款及細則
Terms and Condition for OneDegree and animals organization collaboration 2024
- 本活動的有效日期為2024年4月2日至2024年5月31日(「活動期」)。
This promotion is valid from 2 April until 31 May 2024. (“Promotion Period”). - 由OneDegree承保的寵物保險所送出之3個月寵物保險為首3個月豁免保費及保費徵費 (「免費保障」) ，活動期間於指定機構成功領養貓隻或狗隻之人士即合資格人士 (「合資格人士」)。
To enjoy the 3-month free coverage on Pet Insurance (“Offer”), underwritten by OneDegree, customer must adopt a cat or a dog successfully from a Designated Organization during the promotion period (“Eligible Customer”). - 合資格人士將於2024年5月31日或之前從其領養貓隻或狗隻之指定機構通過電郵或短訊收取免費保障之連結和優惠碼。每個優惠碼只能使用一次。此免費保障不適用於現時任何正在生效中的OneDegree寵物保險保單，以及已取消但不足3個月 (即2024年2月29日或之後取消) 之OneDegree寵物保險保單。
An Eligible Customer will receive an email with a designated link and a unique redemption code (“Redemption Code”) for application of Pet Insurance via email or text message on or before 31 May 2024. Each Redemption Code can only be used once. Existing OneDegree Pet Insurance policyholders, or Pet Insurance policyholders who have cancelled the policy within 3 months (i.e. cancelled on or after 29 Feb 2024) are not eligible for this free coverage promotion. - 優惠碼適用於寵物保險內所有計劃，唯必須通過核保才可享有免費保障。合資格人士須於2024年6月30日或之前(「指定投保日期」)透過OneDegree網站頁面輸入優惠碼並完成投保方可獲保障。若合資格人士於指定投保日期前因未有透過此網頁輸入優惠碼或因任何原因未能通過核保而導致未能享用免費保障，其免費保障資格將被取消。若因未有透過指示而導致未能享用優惠，將不獲任何退款安排。 此免費保障將自動套用於適用的產品計劃及繳費模式中，並於網站即時顯示優惠。
The Redemption Code can be applied to any OneDegree Pet Insurance pet insurance plan, while the Pet Insurance application is subject to underwriting by OneDegree. To enjoy the free coverage, Eligible Customer must complete Pet Insurance application on the designated landing page with the Redemption Code on or before 30 Jun 2024 (“Redemption Period”). Policy purchase must be made via visiting the designated link or entering designated promo code on the plan selection page. Any failure in doing so will result in a loss of offer and no refunds shall be arranged afterwards. System will automatically apply the Offer to applicable plans and payment mode, and display it on the website. - 合資格人須持有效信用卡以完成投保手續，OneDegree將向有關信用卡收取港幣4元以作核實用途。信用卡成功驗證後，有關金額將被立即退回。
Customer will have to enter credit card details in order to enjoy the Offer. OneDegree will make a small charge of HKD 4 to the card to check its validity. The small charge will be canceled immediately afterwards. - 於成功獲取免費保障後，該免費保障之有效限為3個自然月(「有效期」)，合資格人士可於有效期結束前自行登入OneDegree網站帳戶進行取消而不另收費。如合資格人並未主動取消有關保單，將視作同意繼續使用寵物保險服務，OneDegree將於第4個自然月開始自動從已驗證的信用卡中每月需收取保費。最終的應繳交保費將以網站結帳頁面上所示為準。OneDegree 將於免費保障結束前透過電郵向合資格人主動提醒。
During the 3 months of free coverage, customer can log in to the account and cancel the policy at any time. If customer hasn’t cancelled the policy by the end of the 3-month trial, it will be viewed as consent to continue Pet Insurance coverage and OneDegree will charge the next month’s premium to the credit card provided. OneDegree will send a reminder by email before the end of the 3-month trial. - 如合資格人士於優惠期間曾作出任何索償並成功獲得賠償，有關保單於該保單年度將不能被取消，並須繳交餘下保費及相關保費徵費。
If customer successfully makes any claims within the 3-month trial, customer will not be able to cancel the policy for the rest of the policy year and shall continue to pay the related premiums - 此優惠不能和其他優惠同時使用。
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. - 有關寵物保險的保障範圍、條款細則及不保事項，請查閱保單條款以了解更多。
For details of coverage, terms, conditions, and exclusions of Pet Insurance, please refer to the policy wordings. - OneDegree 保留隨時更改此優惠之權利，並對此優惠相關之所有事宜擁有最終決定權。
All matters or disputes in relation to the promotion and the interpretation of terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding. - 條款及細則中英文版之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版為準。
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
