Cooling-off period

The cooling-off period is the time frame after purchasing a policy when you can cancel and receive a full refund with no penalties.

Why it matters:

You definitely have the right to change your mind. Maybe you found something better or realized you don't really need it. Whatever the reason, if you cancel your policy within our 7-day cooling-off period, we'll give you a full refund.

You can still cancel your policy after the cooling-off period, but cancellation fees may apply. Please see our FAQ for more details.
