You can bring your pet to any registered vet in Hong Kong or visit one of our network clinics to get up to 90% of expenses reimbursed if your pet is at age 1 or above at enrollment. For pets from 13 weeks to 11months old at enrollment, up to 50% can be reimbursed.

With a simple claim process, all you need is the required documents and information, log in to your OneDegree account and submit online to claim.

If your pet is at age 1 or above at enrollment and visits one of our network clinics listed below, you can get reimbursements up to 90% of eligible expenses while other registered vets that are not on this list, the reimbursement rate is 70%. For pets below 1 year old at enrollment, the reimbursement rate is up to 50% for visits to any registered vets in HK.

We recommend making an appointment to avoid long waiting time or last-minute changes in opening hours.
