You must use a valid credit card to complete the payment. After successful payment, you will receive a " "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice" emailed by OneDegree to your registered email address within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, please check your email’s spam folder and ensure your email address is still valid. Will OneDegree Pet Mart arrange for product delivery? Any shipment fee is charged?

Starting from May 1, 2025, if the total amount of your order (per single transaction) is below HK$500, OneDegree will charge an additional shipping fee of HK$100; if the order with a total amount (per single transaction) of HK$500 or above will be exempt from shipping fees. The products you ordered would include a one-time free delivery service (only applicable to standard local delivery areas: including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories; not applicable to outlying islands and remote areas). Does OneDegree Pet Mart provide product warranty and repair services?

OneDegree is not a provider of product warranty or repair services. Warranty and repair services are provided by the merchants, and the warranty period for each product varies by the merchants.
