• Products shall be delivered to the customer’s provided shipping address by Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited ("Merchant") via using a third-party logistics company.
• Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories). An additional fee of HK$20 will apply for every floor if delivery requires going upstairs.
• Delivery time may vary depending on individual merchants’ shipping schedule, generally, products shall be shipped to the customer's provided delivery address within approximately 14 working days from the issuance of the "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice email" However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, adverse weather, public holidays, and other special circumstances.
• If the customer provides incorrect delivery information, or if the logistics company is unable to contact the customer multiple times, or if the customer refuses delivery, resulting in the product being returned to the Merchant, Merchant may arrange re-delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. OneDegree shall not be held responsible.
• Merchant offers a 24-month self-carry warranty service for non-human damage, starting from the issue date of "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice". The warranty period will not be extended or renewed for any repaired or replaced parts or products. Customers must present the "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice" issued by OneDegree via email as the proof of purchase to enjoy warranty service. If the customer fails to provide this or if the information is incomplete, Merchant will refuse to provide maintenance services. • Customers must agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact information for Merchant to arrange delivery of products. Merchant will contact the customer before delivery to confirm arrangements. If the customer needs to change delivery details, please contact Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited customer service hotline 2926 2979 (Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm).
• In case of any disputes, Jebsen Consumer Products Company Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
Terms and Conditions ("these Terms and Conditions")
1. This offer (“this offer”) is only applicable to existing OneDegree insurance customers or members.
2. Customers must pay the relevant amount by credit card through the payment link attached to this product page. Customers must successfully pay in order to confirm the order. Customers must agree that OneDegree will provide their contact information to the merchant to arrange for delivery services by a third-party logistics company. After the customer successfully pays, OneDegree will send a "Product Confirmation Payment Receipt" by email. The product will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer within 14 working days from the date the "Product Confirmation Payment Receipt" is issued. The third-party logistics company will contact the customer to confirm the delivery arrangements before delivery.
3. Products may vary according to the delivery time of individual merchants. Customers should read the delivery arrangements listed on the individual product pages before purchasing. However, delivery time may be affected by traffic, bad weather, holidays and other special circumstances.
4. This offer cannot be resold, redeemed or used for cash, transferred to another person or converted into other products and services.
5. The warranty period of the product is XX months from the date of shipment from the supplier. OneDegree is not a provider of product warranty or repair services. Product warranty and repair services are provided by merchants. The warranty period for each product varies according to individual merchants. OneDegree is not responsible for the maintenance, replacement, repair or damage of the product.
6. OneDegree is not a supplier of goods or services and OneDegree will not assume any responsibility for the relevant goods or services. The quality of the goods or services and the delivery arrangements of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the merchants providing the goods or services.
